How to Add Signature in Outlook

Step 1. Open Outlook application 2013.

Step 2. Compose new mail


Step 3. Click on Signature button, as shown in given picture, a new popup will open to add signature.


Step 4. Click on new button to add new signature.


Step 5. Add the name of Signature and press ok, it will add signature title in your outlook.


Step 6. Now put the details of your signature as filled below.


Step 7. Now Just Press ok and you signature is ready to attach with your email or if you want to add icons or images in your signature then follow further steps.

Step 8. To add icons or images in your signature click on image button on signature popup as shown follow. A popup appears to browse an icon.


Step 9. Browse the icons as you want to add in your signature.


Step10. Icon will add in signature as shown below. Now if you want to assign a hyperlink on an icon go for next step.


Step 11. Click on the image, icon or select text, which you want to make as link or hyperlink. Like in your example we are going to assign hyperlink to the icon of Facebook, which was recently added in our signature.

So click on icon the button look like globe as shown in following image.


Step 12. A popup appears after clicking to hyperlink button (looks like globe), now pass the web link in “Address” text box as shown below.


Step 13. Now Press Ok and the Ok and your signature updated.

Now every time when you try to mail just click on signature button and select a signature that you want to add in your mail.



In the same way you can add multiple signature in your outlook application and use that, which you want add at particular time.
